Social Media & Content Executive

We’re on the hunt for an innovative and driven individual to bring our social media strategy to life from end-to-end.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications, and collaborating with our Marketing Team, Digital and  PR agencies, and influencers, you’ll be at the heart of our content creation. From brainstorming to execution, your role will be to:

  • Create Captivating Content: Manage the entire content creation process (planning, shooting, posting) for our .com site, loyalty program, social media, blog, and EDM.
  • Craft Engaging Campaigns: Produce engaging brand campaigns, landing pages, ad copy, EDMs, and blog posts with compelling copy and graphics to boost CTR.
  • Drive Social Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for social media growth campaigns, managing our platforms, analysing performance, and defining key KPIs.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with global social trends to ensure The Jojoba Company’s social presence is always fresh and relevant.
  • Engage the Community: Establish and execute a community management strategy, respond to DMs, comments, reviews, testimonials, and UGC to foster one-on-one conversations with followers.
  • Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage an influencer marketing strategy, finding the right influencers, building campaigns, and measuring ROI.
  • Optimise Content: Monitor SEO and customer engagement, suggesting content optimization (Blogs) and moderating user-generated content.
  • Collaborate on PR: Create press releases, distribute, manage leads with agencies, and build a database of journalists and influencers.

Sounds like you? Here’s what you’ll need:

  • A degree in communications, marketing, or PR.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media and/or content planning and implementation.
  • Proven experience in growing online communities and building brand stories through innovative content.
  • A highly creative mind with a strong sense of beauty and current lifestyle trends.
  • Deep understanding of social media audience behaviours and algorithms.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with strong initiative and detailed execution.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excitement to work for an Australian beauty brand in a high-growth phase.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and grammatical.

Product Manager Beauty & Skincare

An exciting opportunity to join a global Australian beauty brand.

About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager - Skincare. Reporting to the Creative Director and Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the planning and development of all new products. You will champion excellence in project management and collaboration, whilst being responsible for maintaining fiscal accuracy on projects - forecasting, managing timelines and tracking project vs. overall budgets. 

This is a busy role, where no two days are the same! Your strong project management skills will see you collaborate across departments to orchestra the development phase (brief to manufacturers/suppliers, production, formula development and testing, packaging creation, quantities, cost estimations, compliance) and ensuring the time to market by managing the full process timelines across the departments.
